Velorum Capital was established in Lisbon by a team of investment professionals with deep roots in European real estate and private equity. From the outset, our mandate was singular: deploy patient capital into Portuguese real estate with the rigour of institutional underwriting and the conviction of a family office. Our track record spans residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors — defined by capital preservation, selective acquisition, and the restoration of assets with genuine historical significance.
